Prince Rogers Nelson, known to the world as “Prince” and Robert Nesta “Bob” Marley, were considered musical geniuses. For the bottom line:

Persistent foot pain should not be ignored. If your knees, hips or back hurt, it could be related to a problem with your feet. Seeking medical care can provide you answers and relief. Repeated injuries to the same toe or area of the foot warrant’ inspection, to ensure its healing properly. Perhaps an alternative plan to prevent further damage to the foot should be considered. Unusual discolorations or bruises that don’t heal should prompt everyone to seek medical attention.

The 26 bones in each foot are our primary source of transportation. Taking good care of them regularly is one of the smartest things we can do. No one should have to suffer with foot pain. Seeking treatment early from a medical professional or podiatrist are the to keys to a healthier life. I’m very grateful for the incredibly rich musical legacy Prince and Bob Marley left us. I wish they were still here.
