The 2016 theme for I LOVE My Feet Day! is Healthy Feet Are Happy Feet! It’s a great opportunity to do something special for your feet and it’s also a great day to do something good for someone else. My granddaughters love for me to massage their feet. These foot massages have become a family ritual now and they always end with lots of laughter from everyone.

- Purchase a new pair of shoes that fits your feet properly
- Find and visit a podiatrist
- Add shoe inserts to your shoes

- Remove calloused and dead skin

- Use corn removers
- Use callous removers
- Use bunion aids
- Throw away your old shoes

Bonus Tip: If you know someone who is diabetic, check their feet to ensure their is no swelling, discoloration, bruises, sores or discharge.
